Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self-check-in is available via a smart lock — we'll send you the access code before arrival.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to keep the space allergy-friendly.

We allow free cancellations up to 2 weeks before check-in. If your booking is within 2 weeks we do not offer refunds on your stay.

Booking directly with us save you and us significant booking fees through other short term rental platforms. We also provide discounts to repeat guests that book directly with us.

Mammoth Lakes is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Tioga Pass entrance of Yosemite National Park (about 30–35 miles).
Please note: Tioga Pass is only open seasonally, typically from late May to early November. During winter and early spring, the pass is closed due to snow, and access to Yosemite requires a much longer route (6+ hours) around the Sierra Nevada.
